William M. Turner “Bill” “BT” “Uncle Bill,” 82, July 19, 2018, Cleves. Beloved son of the late Hester (nee Moreillon) & Howard Turner, dear brother of Lana Hengehold, the late Jean Runck (Fritz) & Doug Turner (Carolyn), also survived by many nieces & nephews. Mr. Turner served in the U.S. Army. He was a 1953 graduate of Taylor High School, longtime member of the Cleves Church of Christ, founding member of IOK Four Wheelers & instrumental in the beginning of Gravelrama.
