Troy Foster

Troy Stephan Foster, 45, went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2026, Cincinnati. Troy loved to swim, take walks downtown, he loved his city, Cincinnati and going to Reds games. He was a man who knew he made mistakes and spent a lot of his time thinking of ways to better himself. He wanted good for others. He was a loving partner to Jennifer Penn and stepfather of 9 years to her daughter Riley. Troy is survived by his sister Kelly Foster, daughter Katie, son Cameron, aunt Phyllis Schultz, aunt Linda Rohrer, uncle Johnny Blankenship, uncle Kevin Blankenship, uncle Billy Blankenship, uncle Gary Blankenship, numerous cousins and his grandma Penny Blankenship. Troy was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Foster, brother Cody Combs, uncle Steve Blankenship and aunt Donna Eldridge.

He made a lot of bad decisions in life. For those decisions and actions caused separation from family and loss of friendships. But in the last few years he has been trying to be a better person. If he didn’t make amends with people, he at least wanted to. He recently made amends with his sister Kelly Foster. He brought joy and laughter to all that he trusted. He loved to make people laugh.
