Tina M. Liebisch (nee Kocher), age 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away suddenly on Nov. 19, 2021. Devoted mother of Alesia Bernhardt & Joshua Liebisch, loving grandmother of Eric Bernhardt & Charlee Griffis, beloved daughter of the late Elizabeth (nee Fultz) & Bart Kocher, beloved sister of Debbie (Dave) Knaggs, survived by niece Amanda (Andy) Petrungaro, as well as numerous extended family members & friends. Celebration of Life will be held Sun., Dec. 12, 2021, from 1-4 PM at Riverfront West Pavillion, 7958 Harrison Ave. Cleves, OH 45002.
