Devoted father of Garrett & Brandon Simmons, beloved son of Jean (nee Frye) & Carl Simmons & dear brother of Carol Lucas (Gene), Sherri Shelley (Bob Hayes) & Mark Simmons (Libby). Also survived by nieces & nephews. Tom was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era & worked as a machinist.
