Shirley A. Smith (nee Zajicek), 83, Feb. 15, 2025, North Bend. Beloved wife of the late William Smith & Rolland Franks, devoted mother of Richard Franks (Sandy), Atonda Creek (David), William Smith (Julie) & the late Rolland Franks, loving grandmother of Rebecca Franks, Candace Rice & Tamara Rice, loving gr. grandmother of Zack, Luke & Logan, beloved daughter of the late Ruth (nee Johnson) & Anthony Zajicek, dear sister of John Thomas, James Thomas, Debra Lobercini, Kittie Ramey, Anthony Zajicek, Vaughn Zajicek & the late Priscilla Langworthy. Shirley was mayor of the Village of North Bend, council member for the Village of North Bend, 30 year employee of Hamilton County Probate Court & Taylor High School Alumni. Her memberships include Three Rivers Women’s Club, Three Rivers Historical Society, Harrison Symmes Memorial & 1st Baptist Church of Cleves.
