Robert H. Overberg, 85, formerly of Western Hills, died Feb. 21,2010, at his residence in Hidden Valley Lake.
He was an accountant, graduate of Elder High School, a member of St. Joseph Church North Bend, and a veteran of WWII, having served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife Betty Jane (Wilkinson) Overberg, by his children Joyce Caravella (Vincent), Mary Jane Felland (Jim), Carol Jean Erb (Mike), Janet Edwards (Dennis), Joni Trotta (Charlie) Julie Niehoff (Bill) & Jeff Overberg (Mary) & by his sister Evelyn Walters (the late Clint).
He was the loving grandfather of 17 & gr. grandfather of 11.
Visitation was Wed., Feb. 24, 6-8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, Cleves, and Mass of the Christian Burial was Thurs., Feb. 25, 10 AM at St. Joseph Church, North Bend, entombment in St. Joseph Old Cemetery Mausoleum.
