Robert E. Balsley, 61, of Hooven, died on Sun., Aug. 2 at Vitas Hospice at Drake Center.
He was a loader operator in commercial construction, a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Era & a member of the DAV.
He was the longtime companion of the late Sarah Rohrer Lewis, father of Carrie Balsley (Anthony) & David Lewis (Kimberly), son of the late Ann & Bill Balsley, brother of Fred, Jerry, John, Scott, Dave, Peggy, Susan, Pat & Jan. Also survived by 4 grandc. & 1 gr. grandc.
Visitation Thurs., Aug. 6, 5-7 PM, followed by the service at 7 PM, at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves. Interment with military honors, Fri., Aug. 7, 10 AM, Maple Grove Cemetery.
Memorials, to the family, c/o the funeral home to help defray cemetery expenses.
