Patricia A. 'Patty' Peelman (nee Mullins), age 76, of Miami Heights & formerly of Harrison, OH, died on December 7, 2015 at Mercy Health West. She was a homemaker & a member of the Heaven Bound Baptist Church. She was the beloved wife of the late Clarence Wayne Peelman, the devoted mother of Shannon Phillips (Curtis) & the late Sheree Brown, the loving step-mother of Steven Peelman, the loving grandmother of Ieisha Phillips, Ashley Wical, James & Jarrod Jeffers & gr. grandmother of Chaz Michael Phillips, Shannon Nicole & Anna Marie Gail Jacob & Carter Jeffers, the beloved daughter of the late Kelly & Ella (nee Woods) Mullins, the dear sister of Mary Macke, Betty Richmond, Linda Crabtree; Jim Bob, Dennis Ray, Tommy Joe, Michael, Rocky & the late Daniel Gene, Ben, Barney, Conley & Mildred Mullins.
