Mira B. Loughrey "Tudy"

Loughrey, Mira B. (nee Buck) passed away peacefully on February 8, 2017. She was ninety-six years of age. She is the beloved wife of the late William J. Loughrey of Cleves, Ohio. Loving mother of John (Kathie), Bill (Mary Lee) of Cumming, Georgia, Linda Jones (Alan), Edward (Julie), Libby Cottrell (Rick) and Marylou Harris of Atlanta, Georgia. Doting grandmother of Jennie Donovan (Scott), David Loughrey (Kathy), Peggy Haas (John), Lauren Shure (Isaac), Kevin Loughrey, Morgan Loughrey, Todd Jones (Michelle), Brandie Carter (Dan), Matt Jones, Andy Loughrey (Bonnie), Megan Bermea (Tony), Kate Hall (Joel), Patrick Loughrey, Allison Odachowski (Jordan), Andrew Cottrell (Paige), Bryan Harris (Tasha) and Brooke Harris. Loving great-grandmother of twenty-seven. She is the daughter of the late Alphonso Buck and Golda (Stockholm) Buck. Mira was born in Grass Range, Montana and was one of thirteen children. She is survived by her brother Chuck, of Lewistown, Montana and twin sisters Marjorie Brenneka of Arlington, Washington and Marilyn Knapp of Hilger, Montana. She attended nursing school in Salt Lake City, Utah and worked as a Registered Nurse throughout her married life in Utah, Coshocton and Cincinnati. Compassionate and caring are words used to describe how her patients thought of her. She was a Cub Scout leader and was a member of St. Joseph’s Ladies Society. Visitation Tue., Feb. 13, 9:30 AM until Mass of the Christian Burial at 10:30 AM, at St. Joseph Church, 25 E. Harrison, North Bend, OH 45052.
