Michael J “Mike” McCabe, 79, beloved husband of the late Linda A “Lynn” McCabe (nee Bonhaus) passed peacefully February 10th, 2026.

Mike was the son of the late Margaret (nee Schmidt) & John McCabe, dear twin brother of late Terry McCabe, devoted father of Amy, Corey (Jannae) & Abby, pa paw to Oscar Meyer and Indy McCabe.

Mike proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam war as a k9 handler. Following his military service, he worked 30+ years with Cincinnati Bell and remained deeply committed to his community. He was actively involved in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, mentoring and guiding young people with patience and integrity. A devoted member of his church, Mike dedicated the majority of his life to serving his faith community and involved in many aspects of his church. He was loved by so many and will truly be missed.

Visitation and service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 3628 Boudinot Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45211, on Saturday, February 28th with visitation starting at 10am and service starting at 11am. Lunch following service.
