Kraus, Martin J., 95, July 23, 2017, Miami Township. Beloved husband of the late Rita Kraus (nee Franz), devoted father of Bruce Kraus, Lynn Lee (Dan) & the late Steven Kraus (Patty), beloved son of the late Susan (nee Bachman) & Edward W. Kraus, dear brother of Ruth Weber (the late John) & the late Hazel Caudill (the late Elmer), Hilda Mueller (the late William), Edward Kraus (the late Mildred & Ginny) & Ralph Kraus (Martha), loving grandfather of Abigail Bruchas (Matt), Jared & Dylan Lee, gr. grandfather of Benjamin Bruchas. Martin was a high school All American football player in 1939 and was a 1940 graduate of Taylor High School. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army and received a Certificate of Merit. Visitation Wed., July 26, 5-8 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002 where the service will be held Thur., July 27 at 10 AM.
