Brown (Charmaine), loving grandmother of Jason Penn, Jodi Workman (Darin) & great grandmother of Luke & Skylar Penn, beloved daughter of the late Lillian & William Phillip Foley & dear sister of Freda Smith & the late June Foley & Phyllis Mounce.
