Joyce L. Muncy, 63, Aug. 18, 2021, North Bend, OH. Beloved daughter to the late Connie (nee Kaiser) & Lawrence Muncy, loving sister to the late Lawrence Muncy, Jr., beloved niece to Ora Rae & Gary “Sonny” Kaiser, cousins & many friends, she will be missed by her beloved furry companion Lucy. Joyce was a member of Cleves Presbyterian Church. She was a ’76 graduate of Harrison High School. Joyce worked at the Cleves Kroger.
