Joyce Louise Harper (nee Miller), 81, Feb. 18, 2023, Cleves. Beloved wife of the late Robert G. Harper, devoted mother of Cindy Boggess (John), Robert Harper (Diane), Sherri Harper (Jesus) & Carla Timmerman (Dave), loving grandmother of 7, great grandmother of 7, great great grandmother of 3, beloved daughter of the late Lula (nee Kidwell) & George Miller, dear sister of Terry Miller (Beverly), the late Roger Miller & Dayle Miller. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. She was a bonus mom to many softball girls & band geeks. Joyce had 20 years of dedicated service with Sisters of Charity. Visitation Wed., Feb. 22 from 10AM until time of funeral service at 12 noon at Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami Ave., Cleves, OH 45002.
