Jerry D. Mullins Sr., 44, died at his Guilford, IN residence on June 30, 2011.
He was a longtime heavy equipment operator for Rumpke.
He was the beloved husband of Pamela S. Willoughby Mullins, the devoted father of Marie Calloway; J.J., Crystil & D.J. Mullins, the dear brother of Benny & Thomas Mullins, Theresa Lacey & Tina Gibbons & the loving son of the late Benny & Margaret Mullins. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren & preceded in death by 1 grandchild.
Visitation Wed., July 6, 4-8 PM at the Miamitown Church of Christ, Miamitown, OH where the service will be held Thurs., July 7 at 10:30 AM. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves, OH. Dennis George Funeral Home serving the family.
