Janet Hope Geraci-Kent

Jan was a devoted and loving wife to Donald Harrison Kent for 68 years.

She was the loving daughter of Joseph J. and Laura P. Geraci of Twin Lakes, Blue Ash, loving sister of the late Harold E. Geraci and Joy F. Geraci-Dreyer. Loved by her surviving family: godson- nephew-sister’s son, Richard Dreyer (Yvette) and doggie Oswald, brother Gordon Geraci (Sherry), caring and loving stepparent to her stepchildren-son Donald M. Kent (Terri), granddaughters Deborah Turenne, Deanna (Dan) Colyer, their mother Patti, two great grandchildren, 70 plus year-caring friendship to sister/friend, dear late Lavina (Lee) Villari Gunkel. She loved all her Nieces and Nephews, and their children.

She practiced Norman Vincent Peale’s “Positive Thinking”. She was not judgmental and treated people as she wanted to be treated. She loved drawing and adding art to her work, emails and texts, attended Sycamore High School, studied piano and voice at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, worked at GE for five years and Cincinnati Public Schools 28 1/2 years, belonged to an Angel Artist Club which sent angels and prayers to individuals who needed support due to an illness, death or a trying time. Don and she loved their doggies-Booboo, Snowball, Happy Girl, Amber and Nikki who were all rescue doggies. She was a good listener and will be missed by many. Loved God, her country and family.
