Jaelyn Michelle Neely, 10, died at Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati on March 16, 2011.
She was a student at Hoffman Elementary School, a member of the Eden Chapel United Methodist Church & a Stepping Stones Camper.
She is survived by her parents Christopher R. Dellinger & Jessica Neely; by her sister Ariana Neely; by her grandparents Lisa M. Shaffer, Debra Workinger, David A. Dellinger & Tim Aber; by her great grandparents Rev. Nancy Ratz, Gloria Domer, Kay & George Ratz Jr.; by a great great grandmother Luella Newton; by aunts & uncles Rebecca Shaffer, Thomas Gibbs Jr. & Nicholas Gibbs, Shawn & Aida Neely, Heather & Tim Scheidegg & by many cousins.
Visitation Sat., March 26, 10-11 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM, at Eden Chapel United Methodist Church, 150 Dahlia, Sayler Park. Reception to follow the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to 4 Paws For Ability, 253 Dayton Ave., Xenia, OH 45385. Dennis George Funeral Home serving the family.
