Devoted mother of James Forbis, Mary Forbis, Vernon Maxfield, Michael Maxfield, Nicole Johnson & Jerry Johnson, beloved daughter of the late Blanche (nee Burnett) & Ellora Forbis & dear sister of Darrell & the late Wayne, Bobby & Nova Forbis, Ellaine Conners & Lee Orling. Also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Services at the convenience of the family with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
