Rankin, E. Catherine, 83, May 26, 2017, resident of Covington, KY. Devoted mother of David M. DeVore, beloved daughter of the late Bert & Agnes (nee Meeks) Rankin, dear sister of Mona Keyes & the late Newton "Mickey" Plunkett. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Catherine was a native of Addyston, a Taylor High School grad, an alum of UC & had a career with the IRS.
