Lacey Jr., devoted mother of Jennifer Louise Ba & Elizabeth Ann Stidham (Anthony), loving grandmother of Izabell, Blaine & Max, beloved daughter of the late Richard P. Lapp Sr. & Frances B. (nee Martin) Lapp, dear sister of Helen Trout, Linda Stotridge, Janet Townsend & the late Richard Lapp Jr. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.
