Donald R. "Don" Phelps, 74, Aug. 26, 2022, Harrison. Beloved husband of Caroline "Carole" Bryant Phelps, beloved son of the late Betty (nee Cross) & Eugene Phelps, dear brother of the late Carol Wyntonia Dobbs, loving uncle of Perry (Kimberly) & Jeffery (Amy) Dobbs; Alexandra Hipp (Brandon) & Rebecca Bryant, brother-in-law of Ken Bryant (Maria) & son-in-law of Genny Bryant. Also survived by several great nieces & great nephews & his fur baby, Zenna. Don was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era, a US Army Reserve Veteran & a retiree of the Klosterman Baking Co. His memberships included the Harrison Ave. Baptist Church, NC Harmony Lodge #2 F&AM, Marvin Chapter #376 OES & Scottish Rite. Visitation Sat., Sept. 17, 2022, 11 AM until time of NC Harmony Lodge, Scottish Rite & funeral services at 12 PM, all at the Harrison Ave. Baptist Church, 1125 Harrison Ave., Harrison, OH 45030.
