Diana
Fliehman
Mar 23, 1954 — Jul 2, 2026
Delhi
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Diana Lynn (Rabanus) Fliehman, a woman of immense kindness and boundless positivity. Diana was born on March 23, 1954, and the Lord called her home on July 2, 2026, at the age of 72.
Diana was married to her husband, Joseph, for 45 beautiful years. Together, they filled their home and hearts with love, raising four boys and caring for many beloved fur babies.
For 35 years, Diana worked in the bakery at Kroger, where she was affectionately known as the “Cookie Lady.“ She had a rare gift; she never met a person or an animal who didn’t instantly love her. Her kindness and gentle spirit were truly her superpowers. Even in the face of life‘s hardships, she maintained a positive attitude that inspired everyone around her. She always sacrificed her own needs to ensure her family was taken care of, and she had a beautiful way of making strangers feel like family within moments.
Left to cherish Diana‘s memory are her husband, Joseph E. Fliehman Sr.; her sons, Steven Fliehman and Jeffrey Fliehman; her daughter-in-law, Katie Fliehman (nee Rizzo); her cherished grandchildren, Katie, Alayna, Kayla, and Jayelyn; her great -grandchildren, Charlotte, Paisley Christine and Ella Grace; her sister, Karen Schiller (nee Rabanus) and brother-in-law, Jack Schiller; her beloved sister-in-law, Linda Rabanus (Martin); and many dear nieces and nephews.
She was reunited in heaven, with those who proceeded her in death: her father, Leroy, J. Rabanus; her mother, Ruth Rabanus (nee Von Gries); her brother, Leroy Rabanus; her beloved sons, Joey Fliehman, and Kevin Fliehman; and her great-grandchild, Oaklynn May.
Diana will be deeply missed, but we find immense comfort in knowing she is now at peace, wrapped in the arms of the Lord and reunited with the loved ones who went before her.
