Devoted father of Tyler, David Jr. (Camille), Logan & Dalton Johnson, loving grandfather of Annabelle & Nylah Johnson, beloved son of Thelma & the late Donald Johnson, loving brother of Donna Trainer, Nancy Eggleston (Ralph) & Chris Johnson (Peggie), also survived by loving companion Telena Hamilton.
