Dakota R. 'Cody' Reamer, 18, of Cleves, died on Dec. 31, 2011 at University of Cincinnati Hospital.
He was a graduate of Harrison High School & attended the Bloc Ministry.
He is survived by his mother Diana Reamer, by his sisters Felicia & Hannah Reamer, by his grandparents Ray & Diana Reamer, Nina & Marcus Mullenix, by his stepmother Melissa Meadors, by aunts, uncles & cousins.
Visitation Mon., Jan. 9, 6-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002, where the service will be held Tues., Jan. 10 at 1 PM. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorials to the family, c/o the funeral home.
