Beloved husband of the late Sandra Frank (nee Taylor), father of Carla (Pat) Shanks, Sonya (Richard) Willis, & Amy (Gregory) Horn, grandfather of Danielle (Mitch) Trotta, Makenzie Shanks, Justin Shanks & August (Victoria) Ashcraft, great grandfather of Madison & Ellie Trotta, son of the late Melita (nee Skjoldager) & Joseph Frank, brother of Phyllis Ittel, Pam Combs, Jackie Waggoner, & the late Joyce Gill.
