Devoted father of Holly Garvey (Michael), loving grandfather of Richard Garvey & Caitlin Garvey (Drew), special friend of Dianne Neill, beloved son of the late Lakie (nee Mitchell) & Clifford Charles Shelby Sr. & dear brother of the late Joseph & Larry Shelby. Chuck was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War & had a career in the manufacturing of industrial inks. His memberships included the American Legion, the VFW & the Orioles, all of Middletown, OH. Arrangements pending. Memorials may be directed to the Vietnam Veterans of America vva.org
