Robert E. “Bob” Polewski, 95, Aug 27, 2021, Hidden Valley, IN

Beloved husband of the late Annetta L. Polewski (nee Monahan), devoted father of Dave Polewski (Cathy), Bob Polewski (Susan), Gayle Cannon (the late Carl), Margie Ober (Steve), Eileen “Beanie” Pfaff (Lloyd) and Matt Polewski. Loving grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 13, great great grandfather of 4. Son of the late Lillian (nee Wiegele) and Stephen Polewski, dear brother of Jane Schehl and the late Ruth Cullen, and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was an Eagle Scout, graduated from Elder H.S “44”., and Xavier University (ROTC) “49”. He served in the United States Army beginning in WWII until his retirement 35 years later, having attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was active in the United States Association of Armies and was inducted into the ROTC Hall of Fame.

Bob spent much of his career with Kenner Products prior to becoming Founder and Chairman of Engrave Inc. He was an avid golfer, playing 3 times per week at his beloved Dearborn Country Club. He was a Xavier Basketball and Bengals season ticket holder and followed the Reds closely. He was a private pilot, a scout leader and coach, active in many organizations and a generous supporter of numerous charities.

Mass of the Christian Burial, Thursday Sept 2, 12:00 pm at St Joseph Catholic Church, 25 E. Harrison Ave., North Bend, OH 45052
