Janice M. "Jay" Kirk (nee Hall), 79, Jan. 15, 2022, Cleves. Beloved wife of the late James S. "Butch" Kirk Jr., devoted mother of Yvette Kirk (Laura) & grandmother of Alexandria Elizabeth "Alex" Kirk, beloved daughter of the late Oliver Hall & Janet Bickers Hall Rogers, dear sister of Patricia McKernan, Olivia Detmer; Phillip, Billy & the late Oliver, James & Kenneth Hall, Deborah Fleek & Fannie Greer. Also survived by nieces & nephews & her former son-in-law, Mike Petrous. Stepdaughter of the late Theodore Rogers.
