Spilman (nee Shircliff), devoted father of Joseph Spilman (Shellie), Jennifer Mullins (Sean) & Dylan Weiter (Sarah), loving grandfather of Madison, Michael, Dalton, Abbey, Ava & Jack, beloved son of the late Jean (nee Pelk) & James Spilman, dear brother of the late Mike Spilman. James was a lifelong athlete & one of the fiercest competitors you would ever meet. James passed with his wife & son by his side.
