Isaac was the most beloved son of Reiko & Thomas P. Waters. They lived in North Bend Ohio. Isaac was 37 years old. He will be in his Mother’s and Father’s heart forever.
He was the loving grandson of Tetsuro & the late Sadako Shinoda; the late Betty & Desmond Waters, loving nephew of Dan & Brenda Waters; Yuriko & Hideki Nakagawa, dear cousin of Emily Waters, Amy Bui, Kristin Waters, Stephanie Waters & Thomas Waters.
Visitation Thurs., Oct. 14, 7pm – 9pm at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami Ave., Cleves, OH 45002.
