Mann, Flossie D. (nee Clements), 92, Oct. 28, 2016, Hartwell. Beloved wife of the late Robert L. Mann, devoted mother of Norma J. Mann & Jerome D. Emmons, loving grandmother of Angela Michelle Mann, beloved daughter of the late John & Laura (Passmore) Clements, dear sister of the late Archie, Roscoe, William Lewis & Hulen "Bobby" Clements; Sarah Clark, Francis Irene Noe, Nola Mann & Agnes Burton & sister-in-law of Dorothy Dyar, loving aunt of Judy Martin, Emma Flake; Shirley, Brenda & Gary Burton; Cyndi Earl; Jeffrey, Bobby Dale & Terry Clements & the late David Mann, Linda Williams & Steven Burton. Mrs. Mann owned & managed rental properties in Price Hill & was the designated "Mother" of the New Star Pentecostal Church. She had worked at Powell Valve making ammunition during the war. Visitation Tues., Nov. 1, 10 AM until time of service at 12 noon at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002. Interment following in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves.
