Devoted mother of James Forbis, Mary Forbis, Vernon Maxfield, Michael Maxfield, Nicole Johnson & Jerry Johnson, beloved daughter of the late Blanche (nee Burnett) & Ellora Forbis & dear sister of Darrell & the late Wayne, Bobby & Nova Forbis, Ellaine Conners & Lee Orling.
