Donny Jones

Donald "Donny" Jones, 69, July 18, 2019. Beloved husband of Judith Ann "Judy" Jones, devoted father of Paula Konerman (Joseph) & Don Kennedy (Amber), loving grandfather of Sam, Hannah, Rachel, Eric, Nick & Madison, great grandfather of Collin & Elsie, beloved son of the late June & Donald F. Jones, dear brother of Denny Jones (Kathie), Diane Wood Ruwe (Mike) & the late David Jones, dear brother-in-law of Sandy McGowan (Rick) & Dennis Lock (Kathy), godfather of Eric & Tyler Wood, Andy Lock, Erin Train & the late Ryan Jones. He was also survived by many nieces & nephews that he loved dearly.

Donny was an avid boater, loved to travel in his RV & living at the beach. He was most happy sitting at a bar on the beach eating a grouper sandwich with a beer in his hand. He retired from Procter &Gamble R&D and loved working part-time in the summers at Merrilees Hardware. He was a member of the North Bend Boat Club and Gulf Waters RV Resort who he considered his extended family.

Visitation Fri., Aug. 9, 4 PM until time of memorial service at 5 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home 44 S. Miami Ave, Cleves, Ohio. Following the service, a celebration of Donny’s life will be held at North Bend Boat Club. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Joseph Home of Cincinnati https://www.stjosephhome.org/ , a place that was dear to his heart.
